Despite my terrible fear of all things spooky, I decided to go to a haunted house this last weekend. As much as I hate being scared, I hate being left out of a good time even more :) Anyway, the haunted forest proved to be not so much scary as hilarious- much to my relief.
We didn't really take the scary people seriously....
But we DID take our dancing seriously...what else are you supposed to do in a dark room with smoke and lasers???
Arlene and I had a brief encounter with a masked chainsaw madman. The photo is cropped so as to hide our skinned knees.
At the end of the experience....don't we look terrified?

Meg you look amazing in these pics! Laughing shots are my favorite. The one with you and the red-headed girl looks like you are laughing so hard you will pee your pants or feeling some kind of ecstasy...
and umm amen to start dancing when certain things happen--dark lights, lasers, soft electronic music with repetitive beats, tommy hilfiger nighties, etc. I'm sure elise can testify
Meggan- The dancing in the laser would only have been better with the shower mix playing in the background. Props for the haunted house. For me, those things are lame & a waste of money. I'll take my $20 and get a pedicure. But after the Halloween season, I am always sad that I never made it to one.
Shannon- Why are you calling me out on Meggan's blog? That Tommy Hilfiger nighty was too perfect to not dance in, you would have done it if you found it first.
How cool am I to have my own dedicated post on your blog?! I still think it's a good idea I didn't come. You guys would have been having the time of your lives and I would have missed the entire thing because I would have sprinted the entire way through! (true story. my last visit in 95)
Props for you though. Way to be brave!
