Lindsay's birthday, of course! 26 is the new 16, so we went back in time to help this little lady celebrate her second sweet 16. My favorite are the twisty corn-rows. Oh man, those were so cool... Especially with little mult-colored butterfly clips. Please tell me someone had sparkly eye-liner, too!
