What could possibly possess a group of people to break out the above pictured Dr. Martens and London Undergrounds? Lindsay's birthday, of course! 26 is the new 16, so we went back in time to help this little lady celebrate her second sweet 16. (fyi: that's me in the notched Abercrombie jeans and authentic Doc sandals. I strive for accuracy)

Rhinestones, bleached tips, spiky updos, chunky flip flops, Oakleys...the guest of honor and her man were one fancy couple!

Hey, Macarena!

Lisa and I after the big game...tgi stopped the whole heavy bronzer and frosty eyeshadow look, my face freaks me out in this picture. The yellow Tommy Hilfiger puffy vest, however, may or may not be hanging in my closet now.
Happy birthday, Linds!

Love love love it!
My personal favorite is the girl that wore the Timpview Acappella dress. NICE.
O - M - G !!!!!!!!
Though that phrase doesn't really fit in 1998, now does it? Everything about this makes me laugh out loud. I really thought all of those things were fashionable, too! But what's REALLY frightening, is that I still see far too much of this particular "fashion" in my little slow-on-the-times town of Payson. Hmmm...
Im rolling, thats funny...and a good idea. I need to get your clever little mind on a theme for boyriend's 32nd...
I cannot even handle how funny this is!! You are SO true to 98... the docs, the abercrombie jeans, and the puffy vest?! Mitch and I are seriously cracking up right now.
Also, why do you still have all these clothes?! Someone is in serious need of a DI RUN.
thanks for all the help with my bitchin party!
i actually said bitchin in 98' which would mean... i was pretty ahead of my time.
My favorite are the twisty corn-rows. Oh man, those were so cool... Especially with little mult-colored butterfly clips. Please tell me someone had sparkly eye-liner, too!
Thanks for reminding me about the notched jeans (and Abercrombie, no less). Fantastic.
